Update: Denied service over this review.
Returned weeks later to buy a single cartridge — was denied service because of the original review. Budtender Enzo accused me of being "rude" for calling out the poor service last time. I explained I wasn't trying to be disrespectful, just honest — and that I came back only because this shop is the only one nearby carrying Wildcard carts. Despite calmly explaining my side and waiting patiently, he refused to serve me again.
This is where it gets serious.
In front of roughly 20 customers, both staff members actively ignored me, passed me over, and allowed others to cut in line — while I stood quietly at the counter. No one intervened. I captured the entire incident on video: clear footage of Enzo refusing service over a legitimate review, without provocation or misconduct on my part.
If this is how Canna Cabana treats customers who hold them accountable, I strongly advise shopping elsewhere. The original review was posted in good faith. Today's experience? Public shaming, again — and this time, recorded.
I'll be escalating this to Canna Cabana head office and pursuing media attention. This goes beyond bad service — it's targeted retaliation, and I won't stay quiet about it.
