| I used to work at the Chemong location, and people need to hear the truth. This company does its staff dirty — constant turnover, no appreciation, no security. It's all about money to the owners, and they treat employees like they're disposable. The only reason this place runs is because of the amazing staff putting in the work every day. But behind the scenes, it's a toxic environment. If you're thinking of applying — think twice. If you're a customer, just know the people serving you deserve way better, even on their worst days! WE ARE ALL HUMAN with BIG PERSONALITIES ;) | ||

| Maria deserves a BIG raise — seriously one of the kindest, most helpful people I've ever met. The staff here are absolute gems and make the whole experience amazing. Unfortunately, the owners don't seem to value them the way they should. High turnover, poor treatment, and zero job security make this a tough place to work. If you're thinking of applying, just be aware — they don't keep staff long and seem more focused on profit than people. Support the workers, not the owners. | ||
