But then I was greeted by Lisa at the front desk — and everything changed. Lisa's kindness, patience, and incredible sense of humor immediately put me at ease. She didn't just help me choose the right product; she made me feel like I mattered. Her heart showed in every word and action. I've never experienced customer service like this before.
