| Please Read If you plan on shopping here. Never have I ever experienced such horrible service from someone in my life. Today I went to purchase a cartridge for my device I just purchase at another store I asked the lady Alexis I believe was her name if they had a cartridge. She then proceeded to hand me the cartridge in the picture and said this will work for this device. After paying 32 dollars I went home to plug it in and lone behold doesn't fit I then call the store right away and explain the situation which then I get told yah come on down I will see what my manager can do see if he can exchange it but he won't be in till later to close. Ok no problem I said I'll be down shortly. I then drive back to canna cabana and walk in lady come and says oh yes the cartridge I'll call my manager and tell him what's going on (not sure why this wasn't done previously) she then gets off the phone and tells me there is nothing they can do because I left the store and opened it. Obviously being frustrated that I just spent 32 dollars for basically nothing I then said so you guys sold me the wrong cartridge and there is nothing you can do? So you guys take 32 dollars from me and you can't do anything besides sell me a mod that will work for it. I then ask this lady after going back and fourth with her as she is being snippy the entire convo she then proceeds to tell me while now being on the phone to her manager I can wait outside for him. Which I thought was odd I refused and .. | ||
