This is maybe the fifth time I've edited this review but it's only to improve my rating and to acknowledge that there have been positive changes. Past grievances were a toxic staff member that would open product and help himself, always running a little scam, always trying to short change you... but thankfully that staff member does not appear to work there anymore. I've also complained in the past about improperly storing cigars but that seems to have improved as well. I'm happy they've made positive improvements to the staff and to the way they handle product. I've been going back for the last several weeks and I've not had any of the previous issues. I have to give credit, they consistently take my feedback and make improvements upon it.

I only come for mini cigars, typically first thing in the AM. I'm happy with the gentleman who serves me, he's friendly and professional. He has consistent stock and he stores the cigars properly. I'm not sure how many years I've been coming here, but when I think about it, this location is consistently one of the best tobacconists in Winnipeg.

Amin runs the place and is always super friendly. I'm always happy to walk in because I know he's going to put me in a good mood. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've edited this review ... I point out the negatives when they exist, and the positives. I need to give credit because there has been very positive improvements recently. Past complaints have been addressed, they're doing a really good job of keeping product in stock, and properly humidifying their cigars. I've increased my review to four star, I'm looking forward to giving them the five stars, hopefully eventually.
