| Great customer service from Retail level Staff. And great products available. Always given the best advice. Unfortunately the corporate staff is the reason for this 3 star review. The amount of miscommunication and lack of response from anyone at corporate in regards to the information on the VIP program is a punch to the face. Constantly being told lies in regards to when the program would be back. It's unfair to the Retail staff as well they face the brunt of frustrations from the customers. This problem needs to be solved. Either stop advertising the rewards program all together or get with the program and actually make it usable. And they like to pick favorites too. I get told how they honor the points and sent select customers E Gift cards to some but don't even give as much as a call or email back. Tells you to contact via email and then doesn't respond. My advice is don't try and contact main contact email as no one will reach back. And if your looking to shop for someone with a rewards program go elsewhere cause this one is Non existing | ||
