Zero Star. Bought a pre-roll from this dispensary and it was completely empty inside. Not a little short — literally nothing. The staff had issues scanning it and held onto it for a while before handing it over, like they knew something was wrong. When I brought it back, they refused to exchange it or take responsibility. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. This is either a scam or gross negligence — either way, it's unacceptable. They're selling tampered or defective products and refusing to make it right. Absolutely no accountability or basic customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to a place that actually respects their customers and stands behind what they sell.
