| Customer Service is really going down hill here.Basic communication skills and customer service skills lacking .Trying to communicate seemed difficult and I ended up answering my own questions . Friendliness and confidence when dealing with customers goes a long way...it was always nice to be greeted and asked who's next when out on the floor.Elite club isn't worth it anymore either. | ||
