I have been really happy with the service that I have been receiving until recently. I have to admit that I have been dealing with employees who have very little knowledge in what they selling. This is not what I like to do, but I have to say it's not fair to sell a customer something that they didn't ask for this. This is a first time that this has happened. I do expect to either get what I originally asked for or I would like to get my money. Please do educate the new employees about the product they are selling, I do like your store, but this will make it hard for me to want to keep going to your shop. If the new employees aren't aware of what they are selling. This is my first issue, but I feel it's only fair to be honest about my experience lately.
