Clearly there is 2 ladies who are major problems here They have anger issues ( should call them kids not ladies for their immaturity) They have no sense of humor and can't take a joke They asked me for I.D And i said sure " but first try and guess my age " I said it with a humorous funny tone 🤣 I've been in customer service for 15 years So this line is a good one to break the ice They reacted with a cold stare ... and boldly said NO I said " why so serious!? cmon now just 1 guess " There was 3 ladies in I said " ok well if you don't want to , what about one of your other colleagues? " She said " you need to leave ! I'm phoning the Police " I said " for what !" She said " for loitering " Im in my Early 30s It's a compliment when people ask for I.D Like really Folks this is no way to treat customers I came in with a good mood , happy and content . I left feeling Angry ,Frustrated and dissatisfied that they made me " feel " like a criminal Especially with other customers around I asked for the Managers / Owners name on the way out and she would not tell me she responded " the police are on their way " I said Good . " I'll stand here and wait " These people should not be in a customer service facing roll They should get a job and McDonald's or Walmart . After a few years Build the customer service experience enough to be able to run a boutique shop like this But as of now these staff DO NOT have the customer service skills to run a business 🙄 ! 🤮🤢🥶😤🤬 ..
