| This is an addendum to the review i posted last week. The owner/G.M. Steven did in fact reach out to me and he spoke to his rep and they replaced them! Excellent customer service, albeit a bit later - with a very good reason. Family always comes first. Thank you all and we will be back shopping at our neighborhood store again! The pre rolls I bought were wet, I couldn't get a toke off them. I took them back and they wouldn't exchange them. This is a government store! Why wouldn't they fix the issue and replace the faulty product with something else? I left my card and phone number for the owner to call me the next day. He called me 2 days later...fixed everything and has a happy customer again! | ||
