| Jacob is the man! I dealt with the downtown store in mission the other day and they were pricks. Jacob completely changed my opinion of what good staff can be. Promote that man and let him do the hiring cuz he has a positive view of what customer service should actually be. | ||

| I asked for a quarter of weed and the girl sold me an eighth. I called this morning to ask if we could remedy the situation and the guy hung up on me. Terrible customer service. | ||
