| Just wow! I have been going to Oceanic since they opened, with no issue, and have spent thousands of dollars there at this point. When I wen in yesterday, I was asked for my ID. I am 34 years old, with a very full scruffy beard. I haven't been IDed in like 10 years, so i don't carry one with me. When I told the employee, whom had served me like a dozen times before I didn't have one, they pointed to a sign that says that you must have an ID unless you appear over 40. I live in Portugal Cove, so I wasnt going home, to get my ID, it just wasn't worth it for such a nonsense rule. In what world, does it make sense to have to appear 40 to buy something you only have to be 19 to buy. If I looked like a child I could understand. Sad to say, but I just can't support businesses like this that set arbitrary rules, and make their customer suffer. | ||
