| This place has been going downhill for years. The higher ups are so insanely disconnected with their customer base it is baffling. Every few months there is some new change that makes no sense and just makes your experience less enjoyable. Today I walked in and found out they have REMOVED THE PAPER MENUS entirely which was the only reasonable way to see their inventory. Now if you would like to see everything they have in stock you need to use an electronic kiosk (which there is only 1 of in the store so have fun when it's busy). Overall this company has really left customer service in the dust in favour of cutting costs wherever possible, and it's disappointing because I have been shopping here for a long time. | ||
