Overpriced and products not stored properly. Waited in line for 10 minutes while the lady staff member chatted with a customer, then she says we close at 10 sorry. So I wasted my time driving here made sure was well before close. Terrible customer service and subpar products. Crown cannibis in clairview 5 mins away way better service and way better products by far. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Avoid and go to different one I would recomend elite. closes randomly and put a sign saying back in 5 mins ...10 mins later, there are 3 cars waiting out here. Absolutely ridiculous this store ...just avoid and go to the one up road in st Albert. Elite cannabis is much better. 2nd time Bern to this store during hours that are open to find closed with sign and then wait 10 mins to get terrible service from the so called manager. Crazy this is how they run biz.

The menus are jumbled and disorganized and the tablet they have so slow can't even use and staff have no idea policies or aglc policies. Terrible customer service at this location..will never go back to this location because they do not offer return on leaky products..so if i buy hundreds of $ concentrates and if leak tough luck according to staff in pic I posted. So avoid this location if want quality service and products. Crown cannabis not far 137 Ave 38 st will return anything that not proper and they happy to do it no arguments like the guy looking like a crack head at this location. Can't believe with all the competition around wouldn't want to keep good customers. I went in to spend 300 or 400 and left with nothing went to crown cannabis. This place is a joke obviously run by a clown.

Wow, finally a cannabis store that's worth 5 stars. I've been to so many Cannabis stores in Edmonton and they're all trash this is by far number 1 so far. I failed to get the employee's name but the guy mid-thirties with a beard was absolutely helpful and friendly. Their products aren't leaky into the packaging and the large menu makes a really good shopping experience. I will be recommending this place from now

Empty shelves and a ghetto vibe greet you at the door cause the awkward emo incel guy working there won't. What a terrible place. The staff are argumentative and robotic. No customer service skills or knowledge of cannabis or concentrates. Would recommend numo if looking for quality products and quality services. Numo will also accept returns of products without hassle if obviously an issue. Most of the concentrates leak into the packaging when not stored properly so a good return policy and friendly staff make a huge difference when purchasing expensive concentrates in multiples. Had a chance to get good customers regularly but poor service and return policys hurt your biz.

Never again will I buy from this location. Generally it's decent service and products but after spending thousands on concentrates at this store I received a product that leaked all inside the packaging and clearly is the fault of the staff at store for not keeping upright. I can't look until I leave the store so no way to check before buy. Terrible customer service and retention. I will shop at numo or plantlife instead. Plantlife will accept returns of products not proper.

Not much for selection and staff not even sure what's in the products they sell like all the other stores... Ask what's in the liquid diamonds...was it butane extraction with miner or is it mixed with distillate the package doesn't say and staff don't know so unsellable product in my opinion. Imagine going into a liquor store and asking for vodka. And they tell you here's a bottle of vodka but they're not sure if it's only vodka in it might be something else in it but they're not sure what's in it. so crazy

Avoid if you want decent service.... 18 year old teenagers with attitude and absolutely no training in cannabis or customer service. Will never visit this location what an absolute waste of time. I went in to spend hundreds of dollars on the most expensive concentrates available and left with nothing simply because the incompetence of the employees. I wonder how much business the company losing because of the minimum wage employees. I'll go to numo much better experience and staff are actually friendly and don't mock how you say the concentrates on there menu cause they ignorant and lazy.

Id give this place 5 stars if not for the staff. It's a nice place with great prices on great products. The staff make shopping here impossible. So too bad for the owner I'm sure not the only one that stops shopping here because of the absolute terrible service. I swear all would take is audio recording the store and review random day of 2 a week.

Avoid this location. This is by far the worst store in Alberta. I swear goofy and Micky mouse are running this store. They have no menu and when asked what they have available she opens cupboard and I get to look at a completely unorganized mess of concentrates that are just stored not in the fridge but in a hot drawer beside a vent. Don't waste your money this place a joke. The staff are absolutely ignorant to everything THC related and just stare off with blank look anytime have a question other than give me the cheapest pre rolls. Never ever will I be going back to this store. Waste of time.
