They have very few employees working there. Evey time there is a lineup in this store. The employees who are are free they are always at the back not helping customers.

I went there on 23rd may at 7 pm and there is two Indian employees working there. I placed my order on the screen just so I don't have to talk to those ignorant employees who has zero knowledge about cannabis and after i did i waited 10 minutes nobody helped me after asking 3 times the lady was very ignorant . Then i went to the counter and once its my turn the guy telling me its not my turn and he is gonna help the guy behind me first, although i given him the receipt which i got 10 minutes ago while he was helping people coming after me. I don't know how they keep track of people but its not fair that i can tell. Never going there again.

Unprofessional stuff. Stuff doesn't know anything but how to charge. Location doesn't have enough stuff as they have a big store. I went in there was like 10 person and one cashier who helping everyone. When I asked if they have anyone else after 15 minutes he said another person in the washroom. Took me 30 minutes to buy a pre rolled joint. Finally they does very good job giving you garbage and receipt but they cant do it quick enough
