Low quality information from the staff. They can't handle being asked a couple questions. They sold me a battery that literally burns the cart. All modes and the pre heat destroy the cartridge… I told them I only use rosin and resin and the more Ron's here don't even know that you need low voltage for the carts to be used correctly?? How you guys selling weed and cannabis products without knowing what they do and what you need for each product to work? Lol Haha a cart that requires 1.8v will not work correctly with a battery that's lowest setting is 2.4v. "Oh it will!" "It vapours but might not be to your liking".. Lol The high temp messed up the terps and other compounds so the synergistic effects are not there. Making it taste like burnt popcorn and getting no high.. just a crappy low quality headache distillate garbage high… I don't buy 20-30$ cartridges I get the high quality stuff. I guess the workers never experienced any of this or even know of any of the factual info I stated? Low temp dabs if anyone knows… knows that I know my shit. Viscosity and terps present are factors that go into choosing what temp/voltage for the concentrate/510 being consumed. Or… the more likely scenario… They are aware of these ideas, taking advantage of those that don't know any better.. Scammers and only care to make as much profit as possible…. Greedy low quality people. They don't even care they made excuses with everything i said. Just to protect the store from being bu ..
