Canna Cabana Canmore, Canmore AB |

I've been to a number of Canna Cabana locations before, but my visit to the Canmore store yesterday was by far one of the best experiences I've had. The new manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He patiently walked me through the different products, explained everything in detail, and really made the shopping experience comfortable and easy.
What stood out the most was when Eddie suggested I keep the receipt with me, just in case I was stopped while driving. I normally don't bother taking receipts, but I'm so glad I did this time—because later on, I was actually pulled over, and having that receipt with me made all the difference.

Canna Cabana, Calgary AB |

I've been a regular customer at this Canna Cabana for quite some time, and I've never had an issue with any of the employees—except the manager. Every interaction with him feels like dealing with someone who thinks he's the smartest person in the room. Always acting like a wisecrack know-it-all instead of actually helping.
The other night, just after 10 PM, I might've missed the "ring bell" sign and knocked on the door instead. I could clearly see him inside, and instead of doing the bare minimum—like pointing to the sign or offering a bit of courtesy—he just stood there making faces, visibly annoyed, as if I had done something terribly wrong. No professionalism, no customer care—just attitude.
Honestly, if there were any other similar stores near my place, I'd stop coming altogether. These days, I even check from outside to see who's working, and if it's that guy—I just walk away. I don't need the negativity or the ego trip when I'm just trying to make a simple purchase.
Management seriously needs to look into this. The rest of the staff is great—it's just unfortunate one person can ruin the whole experience.
