Called because my 510 1g cartridge leaked(and hemoraged the remainder) after maybe 20% use, was informed the return policy is 3 days. It says it on the receipt, fair. But, for a low to moderate user, it could be weeks before we realize it leaks. The cartridge was purchased on the 8th, and this happened on the 12th, destroyed my battery, as it must have ruptured and was nearly full and is now useless. The employee who answered was polite and respectful, but as this has now cost me over $80 to REPLACE the cartridge ($40.94) and battery ($45 from another retailer) I will not be back. A 2 star review, IMO, is reserved for companies that mess up and attempt to repair it while still falling short. You guys don't qualify. And one final note, you're in the cannabis game, maybe try to hire some people who have, at the very least, tried the stuff you sell. This may have been a manufacturing issue, but if you can't back it, maybe don't sell it. I'll pay a little more somewhere else.
