| Great staff service and products, but when I take the time to come to a retail business, during business hours, I expect it to be open. Since I moved to Port Hope summer 2023, on no less than 10 occasions have I arrived to this location, only to see a "back at X o'clock" sign hanging in the door. I understand that breaks are required by law, but there has to be a solution here so customers can know when they can expect a business to be available and not during posted business hours. I'm done with this store until they publicly acknowledge when the breaks are going to happen every day, or they announce some sort of coverage shifts so I don't waste my time driving to a locked up storefront during business hours. | ||
