Worst store experience with Delta 9. Employees and management appear incompetent and unable to fulfill a basic same-day delivery order as advertised. They promised delivery on the 20th by 7:00 PM, nothing arrived. By the 21st morning, still nothing; the employee first assured me it would be there by 3:00 PM as the courier had left, then called again saying it'd arrive by 7:00 PM, but it was all lies. I had to cancel and get my order from another store. Absolutely the worst service never ordering here again.
