Today was my first visit to the store; I checked the hours online before I left, and they were open. Got there and there was a paper sign on the door stating that the store was closed and would open again at 2. What a waste of time and gas. Called them when I got home, and spoke to the Assistant Manager, and he leaned on the fact that their employees have to take breaks, and they only have one person working during non-busy times (safety issue). Had to remind him that as an employer he is legally obligated to provide breaks, and that that was no concern of mine as a customer, and if the website states that the store is open, then the store needs to be staffed. The Assistant Manager had nothing to say. The long awkward silence until I asked him if he was new. The answer was no.
