| I shop here on the regular and would love to give 5 stars but my last experience left me a tad confused, upset, flustered and nervous to order again. They have many wonderful products, competitive prices and good deals if you keep an eye out for them. I havnt visited in person so can't speak to the physical location but I'm more than well versed on how Deliveries work and it's typically a simple & smooth process. Unfortunately the last time I ordered started out well with payment and window shopping. However when ut came time for my order to arrive everything went sideways. First I got a call from the store telling me the driver had arrived but my other half waited outside our front door for almost 20 mins and noone showed up. This made me panic thinking they must have the wrong unit so I called the store to get an update. The budtender informed me of the drivers claims that no one answered the door. Now I was really thrown off knowing that someone was literally outside waiting for them so I looked around the parkinglot and eventually found an angry looking woman with a brown bag in hand glaring at her cell phone while leaning against her car.... which I then realized had been parked three units away from me the entire time. When I approached her to make sure I said "Hey I think that's for me. Christal? She looks up from her dice long enough the let out a big sign and an eyeball while demanding to see my partners id even the the order was in MY NAME and I was .. | ||

| Excellent customer service with a smile! I showed up 3mins before close and the employee was still friendly and ecstatic to assist me which was wonderful given the day I had. Also super fair prices. Thanks so much guys! I will definitely be back 😁 | ||
