| Absolutely the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. Me and my buddy bought a blunt and a dab cart from this shop, went to a nearby alley to smoke blunt — only to find out it was completely EMPTY inside. Only a white tag ting inside for moisture purpose. We went back to the store immediately (around 10:25pm) and BOTH cashiers behind the counter told us they couldn't do a refund or exchange because the "owner" or manager wasn't there. We ended up buying another of the same blunt, opened it right there in the shop — and guess what? That one actually had product inside. So clearly something went wrong the first time. Whether it was a scam from the employees or a manufacturing issue, I don't know. But either way, we left our number and were promised a call back in 4 days. It's been longer now — no call, no follow-up, nothing. This place has terrible refund and return policies, completely unhelpful staff, and clearly no interest in making things right for their customers. If you don't want to get scammed out of your money (like we did for $12), stay far away. Never coming back, and I strongly advise you don't either. | ||
