The customer service here is sub par. They don't let customers handle anything on display because they assume everyone that comes through the store is a thief. Newsflash! Not everyone who wants to hold a pipe is going to "run out of the door with it" and the fact that I don't even have the option to have a closer look at something I'm intending to buy- takes away my incentive to buy anything. I'll take my money elsewhere.
