| Updating my previous 5 star to 3. In the last year Acton location has significantly declined in delivery service, waiting upwards of 6+ hours some days. Very inconsistent and no transparency or communication of delays. Should the location only have delivery service between certain hours this should be advertised accordingly so that customers are actively aware of waiting times. Or customers should be called and advised of increased wait times. My last couple deliveries after waiting 4 hours I just went and picked it up. Very disappointing as it is advertised as having delivery service. Either schedule accordingly or be transparent in the service or lack thereof that is being provided. Sad to say, I do not think I will be shopping at this location anymore. | ||
