| I visited Elevate for the first time last week because Value Buds had their systems down, and I was pleasantly surprised that Elevate's prices and selection were on par with VB. I purchased a cart which after a few days somehow got damaged and ruined the battery as well. I brought it in today to see if they might know how to salvage the battery and unfortunately there was nothing they could do to fix it but Josh gave me a replacement battery for free! And he helped me troubleshoot when the replacement battery was acting up and gave me another replacement battery! Best service at a dispensary I have ever experienced, which says a lot because dispensaries are known for friendly knowledgeable employees. This is now my first choice of dispensary by far, thanks again for everything Josh! | ||
