| Normally this is my go to location and still will be after this has be dealt with..but apon asking for certain item a female staff member I have not seen before proceded to argue that they don't have such item and when I attempted to explain they do and that I have purchased it there several times she proceeded to argue and get hostile them when I asked her to chill and why she was conducting her self in such a way and why she was so apprehensive and angry and she called me ignorant and tried to say I called her ignorant and that i was trying to tell her how to do her job ..I was under the impression the customer is always right and as a bud tender you are supposed to know the products and be polite ...this is not representative of the location all other staff are fantastic to deal with and very knowledgeable about there products...The service staff products and prices regularly can't be beat at this location .so i hope this gets addressed and if any of you have a similar experience please know it's not the norm there ...and to the "kind " lady that called my ignorant i hope you find peace and happiness and resolve ur issues because your tarnishing the name and vibe of thus tcann location and that's unfair to both customers and other staff alike !! | ||
