I want to update my rating to 5 stars as this would've been the case prior to 1 week ago. The Ancaster location is my go-to shop for all cannabis products - Katherine is fantastic and knows me well, she's always friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving 3 stars for now is because a week ago my order was missing 2 items and I haven't been able to get in touch with the store to address this - their phone line is still not working, it's been about 3 weeks now. I've tried to email hello@mycannaverse.ca which is also not working (see photo). I also sent a DM to the instagram account but no reply. I'd like to resolve this asap and then I'll be happy to update my rating. Hopefully I'll get a reply here, otherwise I will finally be able to visit in person again soon. However, customers should be able to call the store - that way the issue with my purchase could have been noted the same day, plus it would be nice to be able to call to confirm online orders prior to going to the shop, especially for those of us that spend a lot on larger orders.
