Perhaps the CEO of store should go undercover and examine the awful customer service this place gives to people who just want to buy products THAT you sell.
The reason they have a job in the 1st place is for customers who come to purchase the product they want, but when they lack compassion, respect, or even kindness it just shows they were not trained properly.
I get the whole I.d. policy, but the way your staff handles it is ridiculous, rude and not UNnecessary.
PRODUCT is mediocre as well. Really dry flower that crumbles into dust
The whole membership is a joke too. You can find same product much cheaper and better customer service than this store.
