Omg so funny I was about to write a review on the same situation that Karen Hubert, was talking about because I was there that day! I would like to say how the staff dealt with this customer was so impressive and remarkable ! It was ALL OVER THREE DOLLARS, $3.00! Wish is crazy to me ! If it was me I would not have kept my composure for as long as that gentlemen did . Long story short it was something about a discount and he tried to offer a refund and she lost it on him . Not understanding the protocols and policies of the store . He even went to the extent of giving his own tip money to make her happy!! . Love the location of the store and the red head is my favorite!
