| Bought a little dipper dab pen August 16/24. When the initial charge ran out the pen would not take a charge. The pen was therefore useless. I returned to the store on August 20th with receipt in hand to return it for a new one at 6pm. The lady refused to give her name also refused to exchange or refund my money. Her reason was she could not test it. I offered to go get my charger to prove it did not work. She then stated she would refuse my return because she didn't like my attitude. I couldn't have been more cooperative. I asked for a manager and she claimed to be the manager. She taunted me by saying have a nice day when I explained the service here was terrible. Her service. I spent over $200 when I purchased the pen and other products only to be treated with the utmost disrespect. Shame on the manager and shame on Canna Cabana for allowing this disturbed lady to manage their store. My crew will never set foot in that door again. | ||
