Dear [Store Manager / Customer Service],
On August 1st at around 4:05 PM, I entered your store to make a purchase. At first, the interaction with the staff member was polite. However, things changed quickly and unprofessionally.
While I was examining a product that she showed me, I touched the package to read the details. She abruptly grabbed the item from my hand and said I couldn't touch it. While I understand if there are store policies about handling products, her tone and behavior were unnecessarily aggressive.
I made a quick decision to buy the item, and asked, "Can I touch it now?", to which she replied, "Yes, you legally bought it." This sarcastic response was already inappropriate.
Then, as I was exiting, she commented on where my car was parked, saying "You parked illegally." This is none of her business and completely unrelated to her role in the store. I pointed out that she hadn't even checked my ID, yet was making assumptions about legal or illegal actions.
Finally—and most disturbingly—she said: "Do you have any mental problem?" This was deeply offensive, discriminatory, and unprofessional. Such a comment is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.
I do not know the employee's name, but I urge you to take this complaint seriously. Her behavior was disrespectful, invasive, and potentially discriminatory. If your staff are expected to uphold basic courtesy and professionalism, this was far from it.
I hope appropriate action ..
