In fact, I make the conscious decision to come to this store as opposed to the less expensive store across the street specifically so I can come see these guys for a fun chat. | I rarely post reviews, but my experience today warranted one. I stopped into the gasoline alley location on my way through to Edmonton, and was helped by probably the most friendly, genuine, fun individual I've EVER met, let alone in a customer service role, named Cole M. I was having an incredibly rough day, and stopped in to grab something to help me relax. Cole made sure to professionally but kindly ask for a piece of ID to verify my age, spent time chatting with me, and just genuinely made me feel like an old friend stopping by for a visit. At first, I thought maybe it was a one off, and perhaps it was just because I was a female. But as other customers entered the store, I noticed he treated every single one with the same warm welcoming and chit chat, as if we were all old friends. As an HR professional, I found so much joy and comfort in meeting Cole, because not only did he treat his customers with the utmost kindness, but because I also understand how hard it is to find an employee like him. If I could give him 10 stars alone, I would. You guys have a shining star on your team and I hope he knows that!! | ||
