I went to return a defective CBD/CBG cartridge within the specified week listed on the return policy, and was told that the product was not defective. I showed proof that the cartridge was defective, and I was denied a reimbursement.
A simple call to my credit card got me the refund I was looking for; and a call with the zone cannabis representative (who is going above and beyond in terms of customer service) confirmed the malfunctioning of the cartridge and offered great navigation on next steps.
Four20 provided a VERY poor adherence to an already lacking return policy. As someone who enjoyed shopping here, I'm sad to say that my business is being taken elsewhere.
