Staff don't provide recipes regularly. Not having issues in the past I wasn't concerned. Today I opened my product (infused pre-rolls x3) and us unhappy with the lack of visible ‘diamond infusion'.
I returned to the store to share my plight.
Staff member called the manager to confirm that she could not do anything for me and tried to say ‘I don't even know if you bought it from us' (even though the package had the store's price sticker and unique in store barcode) and ‘we can't get any money back from AGLC' if we took it back.
Is there no recourse of poor product from the manufacture? Instructing me to ‘just smoke it' is not helpful.
What are people supposed to do when they have issues with product?
Do you intentionally not give receipts to avoid accountability?
At other stores they have no issues looking up receipts when this sort of thing happens.
Poor product. Worse customer service.
