Poor customer service. Went in to get a brand new cartridge replaced. The cartridge had broken upon opening the container and the tip just snapped off. The person working the counter had absolutely no shame telling me since it was my doing they have no business replacing it. Thanks. Your poor quality contents broke on me and it's my fault lol. Like I said very poor customer service and the atmosphere in there is dull and passive aggressive.
