Embarrassing Experience. Treated Like the Problem for Pointing Out Basic Courtesy I had an incredibly frustrating and humiliating experience at The Oz Store on Somerset. When I arrived, a woman ran into the store while her driver blocked the small parking lot, making it impossible for anyone else to enter. I was right behind them and had no way to park. I walked in and calmly said to the woman that she should let her driver know not to block the lot next time. Instead of acknowledging it or replying respectfully, she started yelling at me that I should talk to the driver, not her, because she is a woman and he is a man. She turned the situation into something it was not, claiming she was being targeted and completely ignoring the point. Then one of the store employees, a younger man with a red beard and glasses, told both of us to be quiet as if we were equally at fault. I was not yelling. I was not being rude. I was simply speaking up about being blocked from using a parking space meant for customers. Later, an older man with dark hair, maybe in his forties, served me at the counter. I made a quiet comment like, "She was really angry just because I mentioned the parking," and he cut me off, telling me to stop talking and that the conversation was over. He acted like I was the problem from the start. I was treated like I had caused a scene when I was the one who was blocked from parking and then yelled at in public. Just bought some weed and this is what I opened. At this point, it's a roach. It's a shame, these types of stores tell you to contact the manufacturer for product issues. Any other store would immediately take it back.

(((EDIT: Dear owner of unplug, you never responded to this nor have I reposted this review, you haven't apologized for your staffs actions and go on to try devalue my review by stating it's off topic in order to try and get Google to remove my review. Your staff banned me for life because of their power trip, plain and simple. This review will stay up because it's honest and truthful of the experience I had))) . . Just visited the store at 5:00 November 17th 2022, I was shopping for a 10 pack of joints that cost ~$25, unfortunately they didn't have anything in my price range, no biggie...for me but it seemed to frustrate their employee. I was asking about other options but was met with sighs. I explained that I didn't want to pay $30 for 3grams of weed as I buy my weed for $60/oz (picture posted) from grey market website. She rebutted that the "government" weed is specially grown in facilities that require a premium price. I said " I just want something for my drive home" she immediately stopped me and said she could serve me based on what I said, I accepted the information proceeded to quietly leave their store on my way out I heard her explain to her coworker that I am not allowed back every again. So a lifetime "ban" for saying I want something for a drive home? No Bueno. Unplug Cannabis Co on wellington gets a one star from me for a major power trip.
