| Very unprofessional workers. I'm a regular customer but only dealt with these two a couple times. They ask me for my ID and when I say I don't have it they say "ok, we'll let it go this time but next time make sure you have it". You obviously thought i was underage yet you still agree to sell to me. For all you know im only 15. Makes me wonder how many minors you sell to. | ||

| I was a regular customer up till today. Most recently bought a disposable pen for around $50. The girl said it doesn't come with a charger but not to worry cause I'll be able to get through it all on a single charge. Only got about halfway through it before the battery died. Went back to the store and the guy there said I'd have to call kolab and order a charger from there. No thanks! I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. | ||
