| I am not super knowledgeable in the cannabis world. I asked for a cartridge for a vape pen, and they sold me one of the most expensive things they had (live rosin) I later looked what that was and why it was so expensive. They didn't explain to me what it was or even give me a price point before hand. I only found out how expensive it was when checking out. I wasn't informed why it was expensive or if there were "normal" cheaper options available. Lack of transparency and customer support. It's one thing to know your stuff but I feel ripped off. | ||
