| I usually have a good experience shopping at CNB. But my most recent visit had me running out of the shop in tears. I have PTSD I use cannbis to treat my symptoms. After purchasing a THC cartridge at the Brookside location and testing it to find it wasn't working. I went right back in and showed it to the attendant that served me. They argued with me the whole time, I showed them it was not working they tested it and said it was fine and said it was my battery even though other cartridges work fine. They then told me they would not exchange the cartridge and if I wanted to use it they told me I have to buy a new battery. My battery is fine, i showed them it worked for other cartridges. They still refused to do anything other than sell me a new battery. I get they have protocol to follow but the customer service was horrible. And I feel robbed. | ||
