I'm not sure who is responsible for the scheduling of staff, but it may be wise to schedule more people on shift at a time. There has been multiple times now that I've had to wait in store at least 20 minutes before I had any service. That's absolutely ridiculous, as I'm expected to carve out at least an 30 minutes of my day for someone to unlock a showcase and ring me through. That's should take maximum 5 minutes in and out. Coming from a previous dispensary employee.
