Unresolved Payment Issue and Poor Customer Service.
I placed a delivery order with Dank Cannabis Okotoks and paid the driver in cash upon arrival, including a tip. I signed on the driver's device, received my product, and everything appeared to be in order.
A few days later, I received a call from the store claiming that I had not paid and that I needed to settle the bill. This was extremely concerning, especially because their own website instructs customers to pay cash for all deliveries. If I hadn't paid, I would not have received my order in the first place.
After explaining the situation, the staff member told me he would "look into it." I never received any follow-up, clarification, apology, or acknowledgment that the issue was resolved.
The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was disappointing and stressful.
