On December 18th evening, I had a disappointing experience at Burb UBC during my first visit. This black woman is a racist. The staff member appeared disinterested and responded to my questions reluctantly. When I paid $20.50 in cash for a $10.52 purchase, I received incorrect change of $9.90. When I pointed out the error, the employee insisted she was correct despite my explanation. The staff member seemed poorly trained in basic math and customer service. If this represents the standard of service here, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this place to others.
