| Terrible customer service. will not be trying any cannabis guys locations after this experience. I had placed an order on Saturday for delivery at a slot of 2:30 - 4:30. I get a call advising they would en there closer to 5:20. I had to leave home by 5:00pm so I decided to pick up the order in store as I would not be home to receive . I had already prepaid for a 15% driver tip. I get in store with my photo ID and email receipt. The clerk wouldn't give me the order as I didn't have the physical credit card with me. The store is 20 mins away from me so I detoured to pickup an order that couldn't be delivered in it'd original time slot, only to be denied my order despite having the email receipt on my phone, a valid driver's license and showing the clerk my card in my apple wallet. I cancelled my order and now have to wait up to 10'days to be refunded. I've rarely experience such non sense. I would have understood being turned had I not had my physical ID or receipt. I left the card in an another pair of pants. Understand turning people away who don't have ID and the email confirmation but being turned away for not having a physical card??? Not wasting my time at any location moving forward. | ||
