Heading into the nearest shop to my home the Lucky Leaf Patterson branch I had about 10 minutes to be in and out. I asked about a strain that I had purchased there multiple times and the clerk didn't know or really listen to what I wanted and snapped at me telling me I had to read the descriptions. He had no idea about the product he was selling and if I'm going to go to a store that charges 3 more dollars than value buds for my regular purchase I expect the price difference in customer service. Although there is a very friendly gal who works there Gary's customer service left quite the impression and I won't be going back.
