| My one-star rating has nothing to do with the staff—they're amazing and super friendly people who seem to be working under owners that don't prioritize genuine customer care. Case in point: the loyalty point system has been down since at least November 2024, yet the staff is still encouraged to promote it. Naturally, customers expect their points but aren't getting them. I reached out via the "Contact Me" form on December 21, 2024, and received a single reply on January 6, 2025 asking for my phone number—then nothing. No second email, no follow-up, and no solution. The staff members I've spoken to share my frustration at the owners' lack of response. It's also rather concerning that they only reply to positive reviews, and even then they arenusing ChatGPT to do the work for them as seen in the reply from a positive review that was left two weeks ago, it was obviously copy-pasted from ChatGPT? They didn't even take the time to genuinely respond to a POSITIVE review someone took the time to leave. It ended with a cheerful sign-off and emojis. While I understand wanting to celebrate a good review, it doesn't inspire confidence when the owners can't offer a genuine, human response to the ongoing issues affecting so many customers. Perhaps they should focus more on their devotion to customer service rather than the bottom line—especially since that bottom line depends on both loyal customers and dedicated staff.
