| First dispensary I have visited since moving back to Hamilton, place is clean and in a convenient, location. Bought a vape, had it for two weeks and it ended riddled with mold on the inside or the cartridge, it was absolutely disgusting. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 20+ years, I didn't want to make a big fuss about it but did want to make the store aware of the issue, I am a licensed grower for over 10 years, with equally my medical license and a certified Cannsell rep since the beginning, I have never once seen this happen, it was disgusting ... Even though I didn't want to make a big deal about it ...It's been weeks and not even a courtesy call could has been given? Haven't returned, won't be returning took my business to Honey Pot | ||
