| Bought an Oz, came home bag look light it's 13 grams , store did nothing. I'm a regular thanks for ripping a gut off 80$. Now I have loop holes to go through can't smoke the weed until problem is resolved. Very poor customer service and return service. Absolutely unacceptable. Update November 2024. Went in to but some stuff I have the elite membership thay cost 30$ why I'd elite the same price as a regular member. Seems to be some false advertisement ingredient going on. Just like your price matching lol. | ||

| I was at the store last night. I was grabbing a 4 pack of infused. At checkout the price was 8$ more them marked the girl seemed to think the menu was wrong. I have bought theses many times I know the price. Clearly marked as well in book. Then when I said it was wrong she grumbled under her breath saying I don't know how to do return she figured it out very quickly for not knowing. Now I'm out my points. I truly feel as if this employee was trying to rip me off | ||
