| Hello! I rarely ever write google reviews but 5 STARS for Connor and Steve, exceptional service and no issues with returning products and extremely polite. Unlike the other employee (short ginger guy with glasses) needs to go smoke some of his own products and lighten up. Long story short a product I opened was broken, and I was trying to return the product and the ginger guy rudely came up to me with his arms on the counter and loudly said "WE don't return stuff that YOU break" and proceeded to give me this whole lecture like I am a 5 year old about customer support. I am a returning customer 2-3 times a week and was frankly insulted by his whole demeanour and attitude towards me in the store. I mentioned this to him that I come in many times in the week and I am a loyal customer, and maybe I should think about going somewhere else. He rudely stormed off and said "WELL ILL LET CONNOR DEAL WITH IT THEN!" Didn't even look at me on the way out. Luckily Connor has been wonderful to me every visit I have made, and Steve is hilarious and very knowledgeable! | ||
